Description

The powder shaking machine for DTF printing is an important tool used to evenly distribute the adhesive powder onto the printed film. This process ensures that the transferred pattern is properly attached to the fabric during the heat pressing process.

How It Works:

1. Film Entry: Film coming out of the DTF printer enters the powder shaking machine.

2. Powder Application: Adhesive powder is sprinkled onto the film.

3. Shaking Off Excess: The machine vibrates or blows off excess powder.

4. Curing: If included, the machine heats the powder to help it bond to the printing ink.

5. Output: The film exits, ready for heat pressing onto textiles.
