1. Roll to Roll Printing

This machine with 4-5 air ledger shafts. Finished paper shaft, paper protection shaft, shaft with brake torque and speed regulating motor make all the rolled paper more neat and compact.

2. Intelligent Controller Panel

It can precisely control the machine shutdown and cut off the power supply when the heater temperature drops below 80 degrees during non-working hours, extending the service life of the blanket and thermal oil.

3. Independent Pressure Control System

With an independent pressure control system and with a pressure control button, independently monitor and regulate air pressure accurately.

4. Dual-display Automatic Oil-lubricating System

Lubricating oil can be quantitatively injected to maintain the lubrication state of the bearing and increase the service life of the bearing.

Description

This sublimation roller has a diameter of 1000mm and is currently our largest roller. It is available in two widths: 1000*1700mm, and 1000*1900mm, and the transfer speed is about 800-1000m/h.

Blanket coverage is over 75%, and larger engraved blankets allow for faster transfers. Equipped with gravity pressurization system, automatic shaft pressure control system, automatic oil lubrication system, etc., it saves time and effort and is more convenient to use.
