Product Details

1. Turn on the main switch of the powder shaker, turn all functions on and adjust the automatic mode.

2. The print film is pulled out from the powder feeding area through the front heating plate, allowing the film to sag to the sensor.

3. Sprinkle some adhesive powder on the sagging print film first.

4. Use suction to adsorb the printed film onto the mesh belt and put it as flat as possible to minimize the problem of material deflection during collection.

5. After baking, put the print film into the stacker position to take it up.





Description

This powder shaking machine has three deskewing rods, which are respectively installed after powder feeding, before entering the baking area, and after baking. It is recommended to fix the print film based on the width of the film after tightening the two screws on the deskewing rods, so as to make the print film’s running track maintain a straight line to prevent deviation.
